Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account, and the personal data attached to it, at any time. You do not need to give a reason.

In the app

Where an app offers accounts, deletion is available inside it — usually under Settings → Account → Delete account. That route is immediate and needs nothing from us.

By request

If you cannot reach the in-app option, or you have already removed the app, send us the form below (or email i@zufi.ltd with the subject "Delete my account").

We must be able to match your request to an account, so please write from the email address you signed up with, or tell us the address you used. We may ask one further question to confirm identity before we delete anything — this protects you from someone else deleting your account.

I understand that deletion is permanent, that it cannot be undone, and that any remaining subscription must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.

We confirm by email once the deletion is done.

What is deleted: Your account record, profile details, sign-in identifiers, any content you created in the app, and app usage data linked to your account.
What we keep, and why: Records of a purchase or refund, where UK tax law requires us to keep them for six years, and anything we are required to retain to deal with a legal claim. These are kept to the minimum and are not used for any other purpose.
How long it takes: Confirmed within 2 business days and completed within 30 days. Backups holding residual copies are cycled out within 90 days.
Subscriptions: Deleting an account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise billing continues.
